Where the letter goesMailing address
RadarPostbus 14311000 BK AmsterdamNetherlandsThe Netherlands address on file for Radar. Postal code 1000 BK.
The front of the envelope carries Postbus 1431, 1000 BK Amsterdam, Netherlands and nothing else in the address block. Check the 1000 BK digit by digit before it goes in the post.
Your name and postal address go top-left on the front (or the back flap). If the letter cannot be delivered it comes back to you, which is itself evidence of the attempt.

Your copy of the letter, the mailing receipt and the tracking record belong together in one file.
A plain, dated letter to Radar asking for the cancellation, the end of every charge and written confirmation. Have the name and email on the account and, if you have one, an account or customer number to hand; our letter template fills the same shape in on screen.
