Before you cancel ZhongAn Online, check these
- Investment and credit-builder products can have their own steps for closing the underlying account.
- Check your bank statement after the cancellation date for any further charge.
- Settle any outstanding balance first. Closing a membership does not clear what you owe.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

Cancelling a finance or credit subscription
Finance and credit apps bill a membership fee through a linked account, so the request has to end the membership and the authorisation to take payments.
A phone call leaves nothing behind; a letter leaves a copy, a date and a delivery receipt.
