How to cancel Zhuanzhuan by mail
Start with your account details
Check the name and email on the account and, if you have one, an account or customer number before anything else. A request that does not match the account on file at Zhuanzhuan is the easiest one to set aside.
Draft the request
Because Zhuanzhuan is dealt with in Chinese, the letter is written in Chinese (template zh). Subject: “主题：取消请求 – [your name]”. It requests an end to the subscription and to every further charge, plus written confirmation.
Send it by certified mail
Send it certified to Beijing, China, copying the address from the next section letter for letter, and keep the receipt slip.
Keep proof the letter arrived
The receipt dates your request. Look at your next statement for any Zhuanzhuan charge after that date.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.
