How to cancel Orange Tv by mail
Start with your account details
Start with the email address on the account, the plan name and, if you can find it, the billing partner shown on your latest statement, so the request to Orange Tv names the right account the first time.
Set out the request
Orange Tv is based in Spain, so the letter goes out in Spanish, built from our Spanish template. Subject line: “Asunto: Solicitud de cancelación – [your name]”. It asks for the subscription to end, for further charges to stop and for written confirmation.
Post the letter
Mail the letter by certified mail to the Madrid address in the next section, and keep the tracking number.
Keep proof the letter arrived
File the receipt with the letter. A Orange Tv charge dated after delivery is the one to dispute, and these two documents are what you quote.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.
Where your Orange Tv cancellation letter goes

Before you cancel Orange Tv, check these
- If an app store, phone carrier or TV provider bills you, the service itself cannot cancel it. Cancel with the billing partner as well.
- Access normally runs to the end of the period you paid for, so a cancellation does not shorten what you already bought.
- Bundles and add-on channels can be billed separately from the base plan. Ask for every line to be cancelled.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

Cancelling a streaming or entertainment subscription
Streaming plans renew silently each month, and many are billed by a partner such as an app store or a TV provider rather than the service itself, so the request has to reach whoever actually bills you.
A letter is the formal route: it states the request in writing, carries a date and, sent by certified mail, comes with proof of delivery.
