How to cancel Orangetheory Fitness by mail
Collect the details you need
Before writing, collect your membership number, the home club you joined at and the name on the membership agreement. Orangetheory Fitness can only act on a request it can match to an account.
Write your request
The letter asks Orangetheory Fitness to end the account, stop every future charge and confirm it in writing, under the subject line “Subject: Subscription termination – Orangetheory Fitness”. Postbye fills it in from our English template.
Mail it with tracking
Mail the letter by certified mail to the Boca Raton address in the next section, and keep the tracking number.
Keep the proof of delivery
Delivery confirmation is your evidence that Orangetheory Fitness was asked. Watch the next statement or two for any further Orangetheory Fitness charge.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Cancelling a gym or fitness membership
Gyms often require written notice, set a notice window before the next billing date and can tie the cancellation to the home club, so a dated letter is the record that counts.
Putting the request in writing means there is a date on file for when you asked, which matters if a charge appears afterwards.
Orangetheory Fitness lets you cancel directly (notify home studio). A letter is the fallback that leaves a dated record when the direct route fails.
