How to cancel Waipu Tv by mail
Collect the details you need
You will need the email address on the account, the plan name and, if you can find it, the billing partner shown on your latest statement. Use exactly the details Waipu Tv holds, so the request can be matched to your account.
Write the cancellation request
Waipu Tv is based in Germany, so the letter goes out in German, built from our German template. Subject line: “Betreff: Kündigungsanfrage – [your name]”. It asks for the subscription to end, for further charges to stop and for written confirmation.
Mail the letter with a receipt
Mail the letter by certified mail to the München address in the next section, and keep the tracking number.
Keep the delivery receipt
Keep the tracking record with your copy of the letter. If Waipu Tv bills you after the date it received the request, you have the dates to point to.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.
Where your Waipu Tv cancellation letter goes

Before you cancel Waipu Tv, check these
- If an app store, phone carrier or TV provider bills you, the service itself cannot cancel it. Cancel with the billing partner as well.
- Access normally runs to the end of the period you paid for, so a cancellation does not shorten what you already bought.
- Bundles and add-on channels can be billed separately from the base plan. Ask for every line to be cancelled.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

Cancelling a streaming or entertainment subscription
Streaming plans renew silently each month, and many are billed by a partner such as an app store or a TV provider rather than the service itself, so the request has to reach whoever actually bills you.
A letter is the formal route: it states the request in writing, carries a date and, sent by certified mail, comes with proof of delivery.
