What happens to my information?
Short answer
We use your details only to write and mail your letter, send you tracking and the delivery proof, confirm your cancellation, run your order and answer your questions. We do not sell them.
What we collect
- Your name, mailing address and email address.
- The company you want to cancel and the account details you give us for it.
- The date you chose for the cancellation, if you picked one.
Your card is handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Who sees it
Only the services that help us deliver your order: the print and mail provider that sends your letter, our payment providers, and the email and hosting services we use. Your name and address appear on the letter that goes to the company.
How long we keep it
We keep your order records for as long as we need them to run the service and answer questions about your order.
Seeing or deleting your information
