  1. Note your account details

    Before writing, collect the policy number, the name on the policy and the date you want cover to end. PZU can only act on a request it can match to an account.

  2. Set out the request

    Because PZU is dealt with in Polish, the letter is written in Polish (template pl). Subject: “Temat: Prośba o anulowanie – [your name]”. It requests an end to the policy and to every further charge, plus written confirmation.

  3. Mail the letter with a receipt
