    You do. The pages we checked describe mailing a document you upload. Cancellation letter templates and a lookup of the company’s address are not stated. Its address tool is a cleanup service for address lists you already have.

    Yes. The certified mail page lists a “USPS tracking number (and history in your account)”, “Proof of mailing and delivery in your account” and an “Optional Electronic Return Receipt (ERR) in your account”. The pricing page says the return receipt adds $2.91.
