Postbye vs Mailform: send a cancellation letter by certified mail online

Mailform is an online print-and-mail service: you upload a PDF, enter the destination address, and it mails the document by USPS, FedEx or UPS. One of its pages suggests it for gym cancellation letters sent by certified mail. Postbye does one job: you pick the company, and we write your cancellation letter, address it from our database of company mailing addresses and mail it by certified mail with return receipt the next business day. Mailform lists certified mail as an extra on top of its $2.99 first-page price, and its pricing page and FAQ differ on whether you get a return receipt.

Facts checked on from each service’s own public pages. They may have changed since.
