How to send a cancellation letter for your BILDplus subscription
Note your account details
Have the email on the account, the delivery address for print copies and the subscription or reference number from your latest invoice to hand. The details in the letter need to match what BILDplus has on file.
Set out the request
Because BILDplus is dealt with in German, the letter is written in German (template de). Subject: “Betreff: Kündigungsanfrage – [your name]”. It requests an end to the subscription and to every further charge, plus written confirmation.
