Gym contract cancellation law in New Hampshire

What this means when you cancel
Find your dates and notice terms

Put the citation in your notice
Name N.H. RSA 358-I:3, 358-I:5, 358-I:6 in your letter and say which right you are using, such as the cancellation period or a condition the statute lists. A club that sees the statute named knows you have read it.
Send it by certified mail
Post it by certified mail so the delivery is recorded, and keep the mailing receipt with a copy of the letter. If the statute sets a deadline, send early enough that the date is not in doubt.
Do not discard anything yet
Hold on to every document, including the delivery record, until the club has stopped billing you.
