- The buyer can also cancel on death or total disability, or on a permanent move over 25 miles after one year.
- Payments may not be required over more than 36 months.

Send it by certified mail
Send the signed letter by Certified Mail with Return Receipt. The receipt shows when it was mailed, and the return card shows who accepted it.
Hold on to your records
File your copies together and watch your next two statements. If the club charges you after the date your cancellation took effect, your papers are the proof.
